Note ! There was a duplication of a variable name PANDX12 in Wave 1 and Wave 2. This name has been changed to W2PANDX12 in Wave 2. This change has been made in the Wave 2 codebook file (W2 codebook.pdf) and the SAS conversion file (w2ascii_sas.zip). Users who downloaded these Wave 2 files prior to March 13, 2008 are advised to re-download or make this changes in the earlier files.
